The honest read
Order Burger Lab when
You want a smash burger. That crisp, lacy crust is the entire point of their kitchen and we do not chase it. On a double patty they are also flatly cheaper than us.
Order Sufraq when
You want a thicker patty that stays juicy, or you want the burger to arrive alongside a mandi at an hour when most kitchens are shut.

We are a Mandi and charcoal BBQ house that also makes burgers, so one order can carry a mandi for the table, charcoal platters, pizza and a burger on a single bill. And we deliver across Karachi until 4 AM, which is the part most burger kitchens in this city do not do.
